Of course I can not say for sure what that is about without more information from you. However, having been exposed to witchcraft, I have learned that there are times people have used items such as vinegar or lemon juice in a household to cause "souring" of the homeowners' blessings--such as causing the family in that home to experience relationships, finances, health etc. to "sour." Another thing could be that such bad smells is coming from evil presences in your home. Without more information about what you are specifically discussing, I can only guess at the possibilities.
I do not, however, want to speculate on such things without asking the Lord to reveal what is going on. We are not to jump to conclusions or rush to judgment on a person, which would offend God. Although this scripture does not only apply to asking God questions about our personal life, I still stand on Jeremiah 33:3 and speak it back to the Lord in my request, because it says "Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known." I ask God for discernment, wisdom, and for HIM to reveal any hidden things or secret things I do not know for both His glory and the protection of myself and my family. Also, if someone is attempting to do something harmful to you or your family, if you are a child of God, He will be on your side, so do not fear. The Word says God will fight those battles for you. He says He will be an enemy to our enemies (Exodus 23:22) and that He will contend with those that contend with us (Isaiah 49:25). He will be on the side of those who have faith in Him, through Christ, because you are HIS.

Again, we cannot speculate on what is going on, but you can read it and ask God if He can confirm if something dark is going on with the person to whom you are referring--the one who is placing odors around your house. Regardless of what is possibly going on, you can still cleanse and anoint your home against ANY possible issue that is causing this problem.
